1. Who we are

WORKHRDFRIT, LLC is a limited liability company registered in the United States with its principal address at 1337 E 750 N, Orem - 84097-5480, United States (US). We design and integrate computer systems for production floors and interactive machine environments, including production control integration, workflow automation design, sensor and interlock systems, test bench engineering, data collection pipelines, and maintenance and field support.

For the purposes of applicable data protection law, WORKHRDFRIT, LLC is the controller of personal information collected through this website. Where we process information on behalf of a client as part of an integration project, we act as a processor and the client remains the controller of that information. Section 18 explains this distinction in more detail.

Our website address is https://www.workhrdfrit.hair. Our general contact email address is careers@workhrdfrit.hair and our telephone number is +13214635604. We do not operate additional trading names or regional offices. If you receive a message claiming to represent us from a different domain, please verify it by calling the number above before responding.

2. Information we collect

The information we collect falls into three groups: details you type into a form or send in an email, limited technical information generated by your browser when it requests a page, and information that arises naturally while we deliver an engagement. We do not buy contact lists, and we do not enrich our records using data brokers.

The categories we may hold include your name, your employer and role, your email address, your telephone number, the content of messages you send, the address of any site that needs a survey, and administrative records such as invoices, quotations and signed agreements. Technical records may include the time a page was requested, the browser type, the operating system family and the referring page.

3. Information you give us directly

Most of the information we hold about visitors arrives because they chose to send it. The contact form on this website collects a name, an email address, a subject line and a message. The form does not send data to a server we operate. Instead, it prepares an email in your own mail application and hands the message to that application for you to review and send. Until you press send in your own mail client, nothing leaves your device on our behalf.

When you email or telephone us we receive whatever you choose to include. That may include details about a production line, the names of colleagues who should be copied, site access instructions or forwarded documents. Please send only what is needed for the enquiry. If you share documents that carry personal information about other people, such as a staff roster for badge access planning, please confirm that you are permitted to share it before sending.

During a project we create working records such as meeting notes, acceptance checklists, photographs of installed equipment and maintenance logs. These records may incidentally include the names of staff who attended a commissioning session or signed a test sheet. We keep them because they document the safety and correctness of the installed system, and we keep them to the minimum extent needed for that purpose.

If you apply for a position with us, we receive the materials you submit, which typically include a resume, a cover note and any work samples or references you provide. We use those materials only to assess the application and to communicate with you about it.

4. Information collected automatically

When your browser requests a page from this website, the hosting infrastructure records a standard request entry. That entry usually contains the IP address that made the request, the date and time, the path requested, the response status and the browser identification string. These records are used to keep the site available, to diagnose faults and to detect abusive traffic.

The website itself does not include advertising trackers, social media pixels, fingerprinting scripts or third party analytics libraries. There is one verification tag in the page head that confirms ownership of the domain to a search service; that tag does not run code and does not set cookies. Page styling and a small script for navigation and form handling are served from our own domain.

Server logs are retained for a short operational window and then discarded unless they must be retained to investigate a specific incident. We do not attempt to identify individual visitors from log entries, and we do not combine log data with information you send through the contact form.

5. How we use information

We use personal information to answer enquiries, to prepare quotations and proposals, to deliver and support integration projects, to invoice clients and collect payment, to maintain safety and maintenance records, and to comply with legal and accounting obligations. Each of these uses is connected to a request you made or a contract we entered with your organization.

We may also use contact details to follow up on a project, for example to confirm that a corrective action was completed or to remind a client that an interlock test is due. These communications are limited in frequency and always relate to work already discussed. We do not send bulk marketing campaigns, and we do not sell or rent contact details to any third party.

Aggregate information that cannot reasonably identify a person may be used to improve the website, for example by noting which service page is visited most often before an enquiry. We treat aggregated information as non personal, but we will never try to re-identify an individual from it.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

This website does not set advertising cookies and does not run a consent banner, because there is nothing to consent to beyond strictly necessary functions. The hosting platform may use a session cookie to route requests correctly and to protect against cross site request forgery. Such a cookie carries no personal profile and expires when the session ends.

If we later add a feature that requires a persistent cookie, we will describe it here, explain its purpose and expiry, and provide a way to decline it where the law requires. Local storage is used only where necessary to remember an interface choice during a single visit, and it is not used to build a profile of your activity.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the site from working, but it will not prevent you from reading the pages or from contacting us by email or telephone.

8. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross context behavioural advertising. We disclose information only in the narrow situations described in this section. The first is when a client project requires coordination with another supplier, such as a machine builder or a network provider, and only with the client approval.

The second is when we are required to disclose by law, for example in response to a valid subpoena, a court order or a regulatory request. In that case we will disclose only what the request compels and, if we are permitted, we will notify the affected client so that they can respond.

The third is when disclosure is necessary to protect safety. If we learn of a condition that creates an imminent risk to people or equipment, we may share the relevant technical detail with the client, the machine builder and, where required, a safety authority. We will share the minimum information needed to address the risk.

The fourth is with your direction. If you ask us to copy a colleague, to introduce you to a supplier or to send a report to a consultant, we will do so on the basis of that request. We will not extend the recipient list beyond what you asked for.

9. Service providers

We use a small number of service providers to operate the business. These include a web hosting and email provider, an accounting platform and, where applicable, a payment processor. Each provider receives only the information needed to perform its function and is bound by contractual terms that restrict its use of that information to the service it provides to us.

Our hosting provider processes request logs on our behalf and stores them in data centers located in the United States. Our email provider processes message content and envelope data so that mail can be delivered. Our accounting provider holds invoice records and the contact details of the people who approve and pay those invoices.

We review providers before engaging them and periodically afterwards. Where a provider suffers a security incident that affects our data, we will notify affected individuals and clients without undue delay and will describe what happened, what was affected and what we are doing about it.

10. Business transfers

If WORKHRDFRIT, LLC is involved in a merger, an acquisition, a financing or a sale of all or part of its assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. In such a case the recipient would be bound to honor this policy for information collected before the transfer, unless you consent to different terms.

We would provide notice on this website before any transfer that changes the controller of your information, and we would give you a reasonable opportunity to ask questions. Information that is no longer needed for the purposes described in this policy would be deleted rather than transferred.

If the transaction does not complete, we will require the recipient to return or destroy the information it received and to confirm that destruction in writing.

11. Data retention

We keep each category of information only as long as needed for the purpose that justified collecting it. Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are usually deleted or archived within twenty four months. Quotations and proposals that are not accepted are kept for a similar period so that we can answer a question about what was offered.

Client project records, including drawings, test sheets and maintenance logs, are kept for the life of the installed system and for a further period afterwards, because an engineer may need to understand how a panel was built years after commissioning. Accounting records are kept for the period required by tax and company law.

When a retention period ends we delete the information or, where deletion is not practical because the record forms part of an archive, we anonymize it so that it no longer identifies an individual. Backup copies are purged on their normal rotation cycle, which is measured in weeks rather than years.

12. Security measures

We protect personal information with technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk. The website is served over an encrypted connection. Access to email and business systems requires individual accounts with strong authentication, and administrative access to the hosting platform is limited to the people who need it to maintain the site.

Project files are kept in an access controlled repository with version history, so that a change to a drawing or a program can be attributed to the person who made it. Devices used for client work are encrypted at rest and are kept current with security updates. Portable media containing project data is used only where a client explicitly requires it and is wiped after the transfer is complete.

No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. If a breach affects personal information and creates a risk to individuals, we will notify the relevant authorities and the affected people in accordance with applicable law, and we will explain in plain language what happened and what we are doing to prevent a repeat.

13. International transfers

We operate from the United States, and the information we collect is generally processed there. If you contact us from another country, your information will be transferred to the United States, where privacy law may differ from the law in your home jurisdiction. We take steps to ensure an appropriate level of protection for such transfers.

Where a client is located outside the United States and a project requires the transfer of personal information, we will use an appropriate transfer mechanism and record it in the project agreement. That may include standard contractual clauses or another lawful instrument recognized by the relevant authority.

If you have questions about the safeguards that apply to a particular transfer, contact us and we will identify the mechanism in use and, where appropriate, provide a copy of the relevant terms.

14. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask whether we hold personal information about you, to receive a copy of it, to correct errors, to delete it, to restrict how we use it, to object to certain uses and to receive it in a portable format. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing.

To exercise a right, email careers@workhrdfrit.hair with enough detail for us to locate the relevant records, such as the address you used when contacting us and the approximate date. We may ask for verification before acting, especially where the request concerns sensitive project records. We respond within the period required by applicable law, which is usually one month.

You will not be charged for a reasonable request, and we will not treat you differently because you exercised a right. If we cannot fulfill a request, for example because a record must be kept for tax or safety reasons, we will explain the reason and the period for which the record must be retained.

If you believe we have handled your information improperly, please contact us first so that we can try to resolve the issue. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority in your jurisdiction.

15. Rights for California residents

Residents of California have additional rights under state privacy law. These include the right to know the categories of personal information we collect, the sources of that information, the business purposes for collection and the categories of recipients. They also include the right to delete personal information and the right to correct inaccurate information.

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross context behavioural advertising, so there is no sale to opt out of. We do not knowingly collect or sell the personal information of consumers under sixteen years of age. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information beyond the purposes permitted by law.

A California resident, or an authorized agent acting on that resident behalf, may submit a request by email to careers@workhrdfrit.hair or by telephone at +13214635604. We will confirm receipt and verify identity using information already in our records. We aim to respond within forty five days and will notify you if an extension is needed.

16. Privacy for children

This website and our services are intended for businesses and for adults acting in a professional capacity. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of thirteen. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Where a client project involves an interactive machine environment that may be used by younger visitors, such as a demonstration unit in a public venue, the client is responsible for the notices and consents that apply to those visitors. Our integration work does not intentionally capture images, voices or personal details of people interacting with a machine.

If a future service were to involve information about children, we would update this policy and implement additional safeguards before offering that service.

17. Third party websites

This website may link to the sites of clients, suppliers or standards bodies. Those sites are operated by other organizations and have their own privacy practices. We are not responsible for the content or the privacy practices of a site we do not control, and a link does not imply that we endorse its practices.

We encourage you to read the privacy notice of any site before providing personal information to it. If you follow a link from our site and are asked for information that seems unrelated to the page you came from, treat that as a warning sign and verify the destination independently.

Where we embed a service from another provider, for example a map or a document viewer, that provider may receive technical information such as your IP address. We choose embeds that minimize data sharing and will disclose any such embed here before it is introduced.

18. Client and project data

Integration projects sometimes involve information about a client staff, such as names entered into an operator terminal, badge lists used for access planning or maintenance logs that record who performed a test. In these situations the client is the controller and WORKHRDFRIT, LLC processes the information only on the client documented instructions.

We process client data for the purposes of commissioning, testing, maintenance and support. We do not use it for our own marketing, we do not disclose it to another client, and we do not retain it after the client instructs deletion, except where a legal or safety obligation requires retention. If a client requests deletion, we will remove the data from active systems and confirm the action in writing.

Where project data includes personal information and the client is subject to specific legal duties, we will sign a data processing agreement that describes the scope of processing, the security measures, the sub processors involved and the assistance we provide with requests from individuals. That agreement prevails over this policy to the extent of any conflict.

19. Automated decision making

We do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about individuals through automated processing. The systems we design for clients may make automatic decisions about machines, such as stopping a line when an interlock opens, but those decisions concern equipment rather than people.

If a client asks us to design a system that evaluates people, for example a vision check that grades an operator action, we will discuss the legal and ethical implications before accepting the work and will require appropriate notices and human review. We would not build a system that makes an adverse decision about a worker without a documented human decision point.

Our own business does not use profiling to decide who receives a response to an enquiry. Every message that reaches us is read by a person.

20. Changes to this policy

We review this policy when our practices change, when we adopt a new service provider or when the law requires an update. The effective date at the top of the page shows when the current version took effect. Material changes will be announced on this page and, where we hold a contact address for you and the change affects your information, by email.

If a change would expand the purposes for which we use information you already provided, we will seek your consent where the law requires it rather than relying on continued use of the site. You are always free to contact us about the version that applied when you shared information.

Previous versions of this policy are kept in our records and can be provided on request. We do not silently rewrite history, and we do not backdate an effective date to cover a practice that began later.

21. How to contact us
