Talk to the integration workshop

Our door is open during business hours and the phone is answered by someone who works on the systems, not a call queue. Send a short description of the line, the machines and the behaviour that needs to change, and we will reply with a technical read before we discuss cost.

Three questions we hear often

How soon can a survey take place?

Survey slots are usually available within two to three weeks, with earlier dates when a line is stopped. A survey takes about one working day for a single cell and longer for a full production line with several machines that exchange material. You receive a short written report within a few days of the visit, covering what the control layer touches, where the hazards sit and which improvements will return the most for the effort.

Do you work on systems installed by another integrator?

Yes, and we do it carefully. We start by reading whatever documentation exists and tracing the actual wiring, since the two rarely match after a few years of production changes. We will not condemn an existing panel without evidence, and we prefer to keep working hardware where it is safe, well labelled and maintainable. Where a component is obsolete or a safety chain cannot be verified, we explain the reasoning and propose a staged replacement.

What information should we send with the first message?

Tell us the type of machine or line, the controller family if you know it, roughly how many operators run the system and the behaviour that is causing trouble. Photographs of the inside of the cabinet help more than a long description, and a copy of an existing wiring diagram is useful even when it is out of date. Please do not send drawings marked confidential until we have agreed how they will be handled.

Prefer to look before you call?

The service pages describe each of the six lines in detail, including what a project includes and how the four stages of an engagement fit together.
